I authorize XYZ Two Way Radio service to charge my credit card for my reservation made by me or by someone else on my behalf. I understand these charges do not include tolls, airport parking or waiting time. All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in the US dollars. I understand it will be my responsibility to pay any additional charges like tolls, airport parking and any extra waiting time charges which must be paid at the time of service.
I understand that if I cannot locate my driver, it is my responsibility to call the XYZ dispatcher at 929-XYZLIMO (929-999-5466) or (800) 535-3377. Failure to call XYZ and leaving a pickup location will result in a no-show charge to my credit card. No-show charges may include full payment for my reservation and up to 45 minutes waiting time. I understand if there are any applicable charges for tolls, parking and waiting charges. XYZ’s chauffer will collect those additional charges at the time of service from the passenger.
I understand that if I wish to cancel my reservation at least 24 hours before reservation time, it is my responsibility to notify XYZ Two Way Radio. Failure to do so will result in late cancellation charge to my credit card. Late cancellation fee is equal to full reservation fare. All published rates are subject to change without notice.
XYZ Two Way Radio shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdowns. XYZ Two Way Radio assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings or any item left in the vehicles. XYZ Two Way Radio does not provide child safety seats. Parents and guardians of children traveling in XYZ Two Way Radio vehicles are responsible for providing and installing child safety seats in accordance with State and federal laws.
The following items are prohibited from XYZ Two Way Radio, Alcoholic beverages, glass containers, smoking, firearms, explosives and fireworks.
